In 1986 after working in notable restaurants and hotels on both coasts Chef Claude decided to return to his home state and open Chef Claude’s Choices Restaurant and Rotisserie. The name was inspired by the wide variety of menu items features and the rotisserie — imported from France.

In 2020 Chef Claude retired and sold the restaurant to two employees, Chef Tim Galvin and Dan Tolley, where it is now known as Choices Restaurant and Rotisserie.

Chef Tim and Dan proudly continue the tradition of quality food prepared with good ingredients served in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
